A five day tantric purification process
“Time for Femininity” is a process designed to reconnect women with their intrinsic feminine and receptive qualities. Conventional sexuality works directly against the feminine principle, resulting in fear and an accumulation of negative sexual experiences from childhood onward.
The memory of all negative experiences are stored in the cells of the body and create ‘blocks’ (obstructions to the flow of energy) that affect our bodies and capacity for love. Disconnection from our femininity causes damage in the physical, phsycological and emotional realms of women.
Tantric meditations and ancient tantric bodywork techniques will be used to dissolve negative states of mind and physical discomforts. By releasing the accumulated tensions, pains and emotions held in the body the harmonious flow of bio-electrical energy is restored which increases vitality and well-being.
In addition to bodywork, there will be discussions about Tantra, the role of feminine energy in the male-female sexual exchage, and how the difference between men and women represents the creative potential between us. Ignoring our differences has many negative consequences for the women’s health and happiness, and therefore for partnerships, and the society general.
Sexual exchange can be a natural passage for love when the feminine element is honoured, where there is a relaxation and opening inward first, before opening to another person. The longing to live ‘in love’ can be a reality when we embrace our inner qualities and create the unique feminine vibration of softness, grace, love and light.

PUJA (DIANA) RICHARDSON:
Born in South Africa Puja graduated with a Law degree at the University of Natal in 1977. After this she turned to the body, practised and taught holistic massage and structural bodywork for more than 20 years. In 1979 Puja became a disciple of the Indian mystic Osho. Her interest in sex, healing and meditation initiated a personal journey into the world of Tantra. In 1993 after many years of personal exploration she first began to teach her unique synthesis of Tantra, focusing exclusively on leading 'Making Love Retreats' for couples www.love4couples.com with her partner Raja, sharing her direct and practical interpretation of Tantra. She has written two books on Tantra: “The Heart of Tantric Sex” and “Tantric Orgasm for Women.” |
